I'm aware of https://github.com/progranism/Open-Source-FPGA-Bitcoin-Miner but it's about a decade old. Is there any more recent open source FPGA Bitcoin miner?

I'm not aware of any sourcecode. But solving hashes should theoretaically be possible to all modern Altera/Xilinx boards.

I highly doubt its performance and cost of the board (and electricity) could compete with ASICs
