What is stopping people from draining funds?

Since the site gives an initial reward without anyone necessarily boosting the question (no even the user asking) what meassures are taken to stop attackers from draining the funds?
Accepting answers from second account etc...

<p>My guess is that there's nothing in place to prevent that. If the community decides to not do it, then it won't happen. If someone just drains it all, then the project will have less chances of succeding, and the attacker will have a couple of dollars.</p>
