what kind of thermal paste does liquid metal coolers need in PC?

i have a gaming laptop which CPU cooler got reinstalled. The temps are really bad right now and I suspect the thermal paste wasn't installed correctly.
What kind of thermal paste should I use if its a liquid metal cooler?
