What to do with ChatGPT on SolDirac?
I have a slight doubt with some answers feeling like they come straight from an AI. While we can ignore it and not reward it as an helpful answer it defeats the purpose answer from personal experience.
How do you guys recognize AI text?
How helpful were your answers?
Would it be fair to reward it the same as it is less "work" and personal input?
Do you want to see it on a site like this? Because if I wanted the AI answer I would ask it directly.
Should ChatGPT texts be "banned" ?

hi - i don't think we can ban AI. In fact, lets embrace it.

I just rolled out a feature where soldirac will automatically give you the response from chatGPT on your question. You cannot accept or vote that answer yet but this way people will always have the AI answer infront of them.

In the end soldirac also wants to provide you answers, if chatGPT is able to help then we should use it.

The AI solution doesn't earn anything, only people can do that. However nothing stops them from copying the solution and posting it as their own. In which case the OP decides whether to accept that answer or not.

To make sure the automated response is good enough we need a voting mechanism. That is something that'll come in the future.

Thanks for engaging on this site. I work on it on my free time.

Using AI like ChatGPT on SolDirac defeats the purpose of the platform. I believe this site was created with the focus on proof of brain to get honest and relevant data from real people.

If a real person ask a question, he expects a response from a real person, that's what proof of brain is all about. Besides, using AI is a way to cheat and game in rewards without any personal input.
